Hope Bill
Island Apparel has had the opportunity to take advantage of
the Hemispheric Opportunity through Partnership
Encouragement Act, or HOPE and are gearing up for
HOPE II. With the first HOPE ACT we expanded out cutting
capabilities as well as our manufacturing and production
capacity by purchasing new cutting tables, spreaders, and
sewing machines. We also acquired a new building and
rearranged the floor in order to make our current process
more efficient allowing us to take advantage of the
legislation benefits and TPL provisions.  We hope to
continue our expansion with HOPE II by further expanding
our facility and possibly venturing into new products.
